Past Yoga Vacations

The orphage where we volunteered has sixty children devided into six homes each with ten children and a housemother.  These heroic women have almost no time off and give unstintingly to the children.  The staff at the orphanage felt that the housemothers would benefit by having some yoga instruction and spending a bit of time where they were receiving rather than giving.  They seemed to love the yoga.  They were a great group to work with and plan to continue spending time doing yoga.
